Mariners announce the return of Clay Smith as the Strength & Conditions Coach for the 2023-24 season

In alignment with the Mariner's 2023 partnership with Prime Sport Performance & Therapy, Clay Smith will be returning for the role of Strength & Conditioning Coach of the VIU Hockey Club.

Clay brings a wealth of knowledge and comes from a hockey background, and has been no stranger of the Mariners program over the last few years.

"We are excited to be working another year with Viu hockey and are happy to be a part of the restructuring of the program," Says Clay,

"We look forward to providing these young men with structure in their training program as well as ensuring they stay healthy".
